Fish disease, not sure what to do?? Help?

All I am posting a pic of the fish that seems to have been having issues for about a week... I have used Melafix and salt for the past week and nothing.. The pictures dont help that much so Ill explain... The fishes body is fine, it is the head that has these strange white spots that look like pimples. It is not ICH... right at the base of the skin it is slightly red and then these white puss pockets are sticking out... weird... anyone... ?

The fish is eating fine and ive several water changes, etc, along with salt and meds... whats the deal?

looks fungal. try pimafix and add salt.

I would just do something very similar to what I suggested for the FRT... Honestly I would try and get UVs on most if not all of your tanks and these problems may never occur again
