Fish Disease

Ok. What went wrong with this fish? It's a black moor. I treated it with Pimax, Melafix, and Meracide, and I increased water temp to 78 degrees. I'm not real familiar with goldfish other than feeders. I thought it was fin and tail rot or ich, but no matter what I did it only got worse.

Looks like a dead fish that has been sitting there for awhile.

dude at this point i think its to far gone, i would just put it down if its still alive
