I am aware of a previous thread on this telling us about what stuff is out there. I already have the blue planet - but most of it is saltwater and only 1 ep on fresh.

So far I have Rivers of the Sun (amazon) and the Amazon 5 part BBC documentary Amazon Abyss which is bloody excellent - recommend to anyone. Footage in it of plecs, black ghost knifes etc - fish never previously filmed in the wild before caught in the depths of the river with hi-tech gear. Really interesting and it is 5, hour long docus on it. I also have Planet earth episode on freshwater and a thing on nile perch and catfish. Lastly I have a docu on lake malawi and cichlids etc.

Is there anything else out there anyone care to mention worth a watch. I am especially interested in the amazon but anything fresh water really. Lets start a new thread and find out what is out there!:headbang2

I like all of the River Monsters show, they are part documentary I would say as he goes into detail about the fish, habitat, etc.
