Fish dying what happened

Came home to find my one Kenyi looking and floating like this. I have had him from fry and for over year my water is good all my other fish are healthy what happened he is beyond the point of return just going to flush him and do a big water change to be safe.

I've had the exact same thing happen! I don't understand it happened last week to one of my tropical fish all the other fish are perfect. Maybe stress of some sort?

Maybe water issues....

No it's a bit of fish poo on pool filter sand it gets dirty quick I do weekly water changes

I would lear towards this.. but yeah.. blows chuncks.. as its happened to most of us I think at one point or another.. a random unexplainable death.. and those suck most usually.
