So the other day my Uncle took me out to look and his cranberry marshes and I asked if he had ever thought about putting fish in one of the irrigation ponds, he is seriously considering setting up a fish farm for perch and since he knows I was into the fish hobby he asked me to help him get some rough estimates. So my question is the pond is 130,340,000 gallons , how many perch can I keep in that amount of water? Also any advice about fish farming in general would also be helpful thanks.

Is it a completely isolated from other water bodies?

That would be a nightmare Sunday afternoon water change.

But seriously, I think water depth would be an issue....especially during summer months....and winter for that matter....arent cranberry bogs kind of shallow?
And filtration for 130K gallons would require big pumps...

Most fish farms you would have to make the initial purchase of fish from are able to tell you exactly how many fish you can stock. They ask a few simple questions and off you go.

I think the biggest issue may be keeping the water from going "bad." Are there any water pumps or air pumps moving the water around? Are you in a position to purchase equipment to do so? Aeration will be your biggest issue if the water is just sitting in a big ditch. Fountains are an easy way aerate the water but if it is 10 ft deep you will have to bring the water up from the bottom as well.

130million gallons, that's not a pond, that's an ocean, not sure what the demand for catfish is like, that may also be an option, and may be better suited to that environment?

At that size skip the ideas from aquarium hobbiest's and go see a farm pond engineer.

They'll be able to tell you all about the stocking and everything else.

I just did a report on sustainable fish production and worked some projections together. What is the amount of funding you have available for this? Be prepared to sink a ton of money into it for the first few years.
