I have a little problem. I have a Pictus cat, Paroon Shark, Pleco, two white clouds, a male molly, and female molly.

I have this problem where my fish are always fighting, but as weird as it is.. it is only the male molly disturbing the female molly. the female looks very unhealthy right now, and I just need to know what to do. If it means I pull the male out and he doesn't live thats what I will do, but i would prefer not to go that route. Any suggestions?

55 gallon. the pictus is like 3-4 inches, paroon is 3-4inches, and pleco is like 3ish. It isnt over crowded.. at the moment.

You should get the male molly 2 more females, He just want to mate, but the female dosen't.

should i go through any troubles to seperate them from the rest of the fish if they are going to mate? and the male is less disturbing the female.. and more beating the crap out of her.. chases her everywhere, wont let her eat, etc etc.. i think the female is about to die :(

You should separate them, Do you have another tank? If so put the male in the other tank, if you put the female in that will just stress her more, what kind of mollys are they??

yes but the male will kill the female first. which would be a bad thing.

u gona get a bigger tank for the proon shark? get 2 more females so the male will try to breed with them and not the one that doesnt want 2....
