Have a large sponge running in the main tank, so you'll have a cycled sick tank ready to go at any given time. I also recommend Pimafix
Sponge? I'll pick up some more Pima fix. I was thinking about the 75 gal divided tank by deep blue have one side for fresh one side for salt As a qt/ hospital tank.
If you have a sponge in the main tank always running. This way you don't need to have a qt set up until you need it. Just fill the qt tank with water when you need it and grabbed the sponge from the main tank.
Oh a sponge filter? That's a good idea it would be great to just have it up just when I need it. Thanks
