Fish food for best growth/color

Hello I'm wondering what fish foods will help my jack dempsey grow fastest and get the best color. I'm currently feeding hikari cichlid gold and hikari cichlid staple. They're very much alike though. I will start feeding blood worms soon and once they're big enough, beef heart once in a while. What else do you guys suggest I use to promote growth and color?

Hikari,NLS,Omega one are all good. Combine these with live food and frozen like krill and market shrimp and your fish will have a great diet.

LOL Dianichi...Looked like an "M" to me at first..But yeah this stuff has put some growth on all my fry, my CRS' love them, and my Piranha's even weened off of live for them.
