All are good. I presume you meana brine shrimp nauplii.

micro worms have good fats and proteins to grow them you should add a little crushed algea/spirulina flake as well to regulate their digestion

I breed nauplii and infusoria. Go to your petstore and ask for rabbit poo, put it in a glass jar on a window sill for 24 hours and you have green water. Spray over the fry with an eye dropper and you have perfect food. Infusoria is also more stable than nauplii in FW so any that are not eaten will consume nitrogen by-products (be it in tiny amounts, but still; any helps)

hikari first bites, easy and cheap, no fry has ever turned it down

i use the hikari daphnia for my convicts and guppies... but if you take brine shrimp put them in a plastic bag and beat it to death to make a nice powder, they will eat it up like hot cakes.
