Ironic that out of 5 fairly highend fish stores within an hour of my house none of them sell New Life spectrum food......Oh no, for that i need to go to PETCO! Why is that??

My boss tried to order NLS before and the guy that owned the company told them that he would have to buy at least a thousand dollars worth of the food. He explained that he just wanted to buy a smaller amount to try out and see how it sells before going all in and they said that the minimum is the minimum.
The only store in my area that carries it, is an extremely overpriced high end reef store, it's kind of far so I never checked it out, but I am assuming it's only the marine fish/coral NLS.
Companies like Petco, can easily order a couple thousand dollars worth of NLS and still not have enough to have it in all of their stores.
