does anyone see anything wrong with this home-made fish food recipe i found online for my sa/ca cichlids, the carnivoure part

BASIC/GOLDFISH/CARNIVOURE

Whole Salmon: 25% 20% 30%

Peas: 25% 25% 15%

Egg: 20% 15% 25%

Brine shrimp: 15% 15% 15%

Spirulina Powder:10% 15% 5%

Wheat Germ: 0% 5% 0%

Squid: 0% 0% 5%

Fish Oil: 2% 2% 2%

Corn Starch or Gelatin: 3% 3% 3%

the starch is so i can dehydrate or gelatin if i want to freeze it.
 
15% brine shrimp is going to be a challenge to attain.

I would add a vitamin premix. Will this get baked?

How do you plan to prep the final stage, with an extruder?
 
planning on pouring it into little "aluminum foil boats" and putting it in the dehydrater, should stiffen up fine, either that or in the oven with the door cracked open, i've made jerky this way, faster than the dehydrater, when it startes to thicken up i'll slice it into small cubes and put it back in. i'll try it this weekend but i'll probably leave out the brine shrimp and just use whole shell on shrimp from the fish market.
