So i see a lot of debate for fish foods and i was wondering what do you guys prefer..like the brand and type..example: hikari bio-gold..

I never really paid attention to brand tbh. Blocks of frozen bloodworms are available from one supplier at lfs. cichlid pellets as well, and vegi rounds too. They have other stuff, but i go with what hte 6' tall asian guy reccomends, because he's there 24/7 and seems to know his ****.
If you have seen all the debates then you should know what you are asking for, a debate. I feed NLS Ther+A exclusively, I don't think it can be beat and neither does almost anyone who has truly tried it exclusively for an extended period of time.
