I will be transporting fish from a 35 hex and a standard 55 into a 300 gallon tank(96x30x25). The fish that will be initially going into the tank are:

5 Silver Dollars 5"
2 Bala Sharks 7"
1 Firemouth Cichlid 4"
1 Senegal Bichir 7.5"
1 Common Pleco 7.5"
1 Bristlenose Pleco 5"
2 Angelfish 8"
1 Spotted Spiny Eel 13"

Are there any other fish that I could add to the tank? Maybe a large top dweller and/or bottom dweller?

you could always add some type of gar as a top feeder.

A true gar or one of them hujetas or something? Or maybe a red tail barracuda?

ha ha a gar would be cool but might turn his stocking list into a grand total of 1!

I would advise against a major fast growing predator if your planning on housing angel fish.

i was referring to smaller gar like needlenose, hujeta, or hydro.
i dont think any of those would be able to take out any angel.

Keep the angelfish in their 55g. None but the BN's and eel are compatible.
