finally placed some of my fish in the 180 fowlr last night, a volitain lion, snowflake eel, and barred eel. now im looking for some other fish that are active i could put in, preferably species on the more hearty side for now.

grouper?
wrasse?
umm?????

Voltains Lion Fish, Hal.. Tusk, Miniatus Grouper, Green Bird Wrasse, Yellow Head Eel....assorted tangs.

Monster SUMP!

I would avoid the green bird, they get big quick, and Need lots of space to swim, mine in a 350 is a little cramped

If your tank is well extablished, I'd get a (full grown) Ceylon Puffer. Tetraodon Fluviatilis. Awesome fish.
I would not keep a puffer & a lion together.

+1 to the above. Keeping a puffer with a lion seems to be asking for trimmed lion fins in my mind.

That being said there are an almost infinite amount of cool wrasses you can get to add movement. Tangs are also a good bet
