How is this a pointless question? Maybe you ask pointless questions(I'm not saying you do) but I wouldn't point it out.

I'm in the same boat as OP. I recently bought a 90 gal after being told it was a 125. The tank is 72"x12"x22", and with only a foot of width I can't really put large fish in there like I was planning to. What would you guys say would be the longest adult size fish that would be comfortable in that size? If activeness is a factor, species recommendations are appreciated (FW). I wanted to put discus in it back when I thought it was 18" in width. Thanks.
