I finally got what seems to be a 400 gallon tank. Thats not the problem tho...

I was wondering if its ok to have 1 Balla shark, 1 Oscar, 1 Id shark, 1 Columbian shark (if i can find one),ghost knife fish, and a turtle.

Also maybe 2 or 3 great white sharks and 1 giant squid just for kicks.

So what do you guys think?

With the possible exception of the turtle (way too aggressive) the list seems fine. Might want to limit the whites to one only to prevent breeding agrression.

funny how all the fish get names and a turtle is just a turtle.

anyway, your 'sharks' will for some reason behave like catfish and hang around the bottom of the tank a lot, where the turtle might be. turtles eat fish.

forget about the turtle. if you really want to look into it, then the turtle needs significantly different things than your fish. idk what the effects of having fish eat turtle food and vice versa, but it still wouldn't be worth it unless you wanted to divide your tank to give the turtle its own section so you can let it bask and such.

Turtles are incredibly dirty, you really don't want it in with your fish if it's any size (over 3"). algae problems, polluted water, bad smells and it gets worse after you get a turtle :nilly:.

Check out zach c. post in DIY section http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=80527 he's making a Monster turtle tank now (listen you can all most hear the silicone drying).

Do a separate tank for the turtle...you'll both be happier.
