They're killifish. It's very common to buy killifish eggs, because in nature, they sit through a dry season, and don't hatch till they get wet again

Yeah theyre neat looking fish, and I wasnt sure if $20 was a good price, I just wish they'd show people using actual tanks with filters instead of all the stupid bowls.
