My common goldfish has fungal infections, He got it from my green terror that died of fungal infections. I'm afraid that he will spread it to the others. I don't have a hospital tank because the hospital tank it currently being used by baby goldfish that if add to the main tank they will be eaten by the oscar.

If you can test your water and post the results it will help a great deal.

I was thinking the same to be honest. Not a good mix at all to be honest. Totally incompatible.
If you upload some pictures it will help loads in diagnosing the issue and helping you with the best course of action.
 
Fungus is often a secondary infection to a primary bacteral infection. The bacteria destroys skin tissue & the fungus feeds on it.
Once the situation sinks to this level recovery is unlikely.
Many countries have outlawed antibiotics for aquarium use. You might try "Microbe Lift Artemiss". It's a botanical product with antibacterial properties.
