Fish has clamped fin, cloudy eye

Just bought some new fish last night. They were fine last night but woke up this morning and fish has one clamped fin and one cloudy eye. Checked all my chemical levels and they were fine. Just did a water change 24 hours before I bought the fish too.

Now he just sits at the bottom of the tank in a still position. How long does he have? Is there medication? I dont have a hospital tank so could I use the medication with all the fish?

How long has the tank been running? What kind of fish and what are it's tank mates?

Cichlids about a month. Everything is cycled. I just got the new fish yesterday. I put in some medicine called MELAFIX into the entire community tank as I dont have a hospital tank. I put in some aquarium salt too. The fish seem to hover over the salt like they are marinating in it or something.

Im a big fan of Melafix but make sure to dissolve the salt first. Sounds like you are doing everything right! Since you say they're cichlids the one thats hurt might have gotten picked on when you had the lights out or hurt himself on a decoration.
