It's been over a month and I've treated with clout and partial water changes. Also turned up the temp but to no avail. I've lost several fish but still have a few left. I don't know what to do. I'm sure it's parasites but I just don't know what else to try. Any help would be appreciated.

You might want to try metro.

I mainly have african cichlids peacocks & some trophs and they all eat fine which is why I didn't think they were sick. I've had them for over 8 months. I think half of them look to be infected and am assuming they all are which is why I treated the whole tank.
