I was wondering if anyone can help me my Oscar Fish has developed a white spot like lump on the top of his head it kinda looks like a zit i'm not sure what it is? can anyone helps me ?

And if you know what it is can you help me find a cure for it.

It could be hole in the head which I have heard is quite common with cichlid's. It is caused by a few different things one of the main ones being the tank not being earthed. You could first of all earth the tank then use a medication later. It can quite bad if it is left untreated.
 
Water changes along with all other treatments, if it is hole in the head, likely, it is less likely to spread if you reduce the protozoal and bacterial load in your tank. I have heard that if you catch it early enough you can cure it by swabbing the infection site with hydrogen peroxide daily until it clears up. Stressful for the fish though cause first you have to net them.
