If that is a taiwan reef it is either a female or it is very stressed out.
I dont know about stressed out, it is probably 2nd in command in my tank.
Although it has lost a lot of color since I bought it. But I dont think it will ever look as beautiful as the fish you posted.
Female maybe..... but it did have alot of blue in its head.
I really think it was just mislabeled.
Right,I mentioned it possibly being stressed because of the bars on the side of the fish's body.They are often very visible when a fish is stressed.
I told by another fish keeper in my neighbourhood that it might a Protomelas Virgatus
