Fish ID...is this a lithobate?

Doesnt look it to me..... Lithobates should have a yellow edge to the dorsal.

I know, its hard as hell! Sometimes I have to sit in front of the tank forever to get a good picture of a certain fish.

Possible that it is a lithobate. A better picture would definitely help.
