i bought these fissh the other day and ny the time i got home i had forgottin what they were called but the funny thing is i remember exactly what tank they were in and what they were in that tank with

from my research i have come up with a scissor tail rasbora but im not entirely sure bout it

Not scissortails. They are Rasbora boraptensis. Feisty and easy to keep.

These are not penguin tetras. I have kept those rasboras in question. I repeat these are Rasbora boraptensis. The question has been answered.
