fish ID please

real crappy picture of the fish in the bag before i put him in my empty 90g.
in a tank marked "Dovii", the guy told me it was a "Cuban" but to me it looks more like a mota or freddy....only about 2.5" long now...wish i could get you guys a better shot but this'll have to do..thanks for any help.

Id say RTM with the red coloring around the throat i thought salvini at first but now i definitly think its RTM
