Fish ID please

I picked up these two little fish today for my son's tank. I think there jewels, but I'm not sure. The guy at the store said they are blue gill My son looked at him like he was crazy. I love 5 year olds. He said they came in with a shipment of KOI. Just wondering if they are a male and female jewel, or somthing else?

The last pic is of a Jewel that I already have in the tank with them. Is it Ok to keep two males together.

Both pics 1-2 and 4-5 seem to be common jewels, Hemichromis guttatus. Pic 3 has a much sharper head profile and much more distinct gill spot which reminds me of Hemichromis letourneauxi but I am not quite sure if that's what it is.
