Looks like some type of Lake Victorian cichlid.
 
Agree with Krichardson, one of the most commonly found in LFSs is Haplochromis obliquidens, although many of that genus look very similar to each other, so hard to pinpoint.

Obliquidens,that's the name that I couldn't remember!
 
Haplichromis obliquidens is an outdated lable usually put on astatotilapia latifasciata (zebra obliquidens) and other haplichromides from lake victoria and surrounding lakes. The one pictured definitely isn't latifasciata...maybe an immature tomato hap? Definitely a Victorian haplichromide. Hybrids are common anymore also.
