Saw a bunch of these at the Dallas Aquarium today. Look like some type of fast moving barbs. These two schooled closely together.3AAFB8E5-A141-4862-9ED0-93EDB8D51454.jpeg42799D75-4972-4C81-B847-A2E8148C50E9.jpegBDB6D166-D2C8-487E-97D1-F03CAC39268B.jpegF1FE14CD-81EE-4FC7-B09F-2B94BA78469C.jpegD9E0521F-D998-4762-9677-85200ACB9F60.jpeg

Mine is a pink tailed chalceus, looks exactly like that, this is a poor pic but you can see him top right. He's about 11" now. Great fish, love him.

Okay thanks everyone. There were many of these fish in a couple of the different exhibits, All of them were tightly schooling for the most part, also they seem to swim constantly but not really fast, I figure these were prob close to full grown, since there were a bunch all about the same size, prob about 12 inches or around that.

These guys were in an exhibit with two enormous crocodiles, some Pacu, and some piranha, there were some other fish as well but not sure what they were.

Great looking Crocs they have there. They seem to be a very happy couple. Usually not very common to find this specie on display, they're often over shadowed by other species such as the Nile croc., saltwater croc., and freshwater gharial croc. Personally I like the gharial the most, it's almost strictly a fish eater.
