Some type of syno. Not sure on price

Definitely a syno, but there is a massive price range for these guys.

Probably Eupterus a.k.a. Feather Fin.

Not a eupterus. It's either a hybrid or some species I am not familiar with. That's your price range. Hybrid = cheap, 20-40 USD. Something rare can be expensive, even hundreds.
