Pretty rare. Its not something that pops up regularly and when they do pop up, they are NOT cheap.

They aren't available every year thats for sure. If you want them and they are available you better jump on them, they won't last long. And like Chicx said, not cheap.
Usually 75 up to 150 each depending on size and availability. Unattended has a shoal of 9 and I have a shoal of 6 left of the 8 I had.
