This guy is on sale at my LFS as a Heros severus Curare "Tiger Severum". I'm wondering if it might actually be Heros sp. Inirida. He's only about 1" long... too small to tell?

Nice enough looking fish to buy anyway. Especially for only $15.
Heh... I was wondering if someone would notice that. Unfortunately that's the price of another fish, this one is $60.
That's still not too bad, I've paid more for stock that ended up as filter media or food for my other fish. 
I'm not finding many of them for sale online but $60 doesn't seem too bad for either fish, at least compared to Wet Spot and some others. Below Water has small Curare for a lot less but I don't want to go through the trouble of importing.
Did you ever get a solid ID on this? The “merged” stripe near the tail looks a lot like mine, which is also supposed to be a tiger severum (heros Severus). I paid $60 as well. They are great fish.
