Fish ID, URGENT

Ok my friend is currently at a large LFS, and he spotted this fish in one of the large pond which he is interested in.

But he has no idea what type of fish is it and will it be suitable for his 80g long tank.

He took a pic with his phone and send it to me.

Can anyone ID this fish for me? I need to do a quick research on it and reply to him. The shop is closing in 3 hours time. So fast ID would be appreciated.

Looks like a Kissing Gourami to me (Helostoma temminckii).

I see orange red color on the fins. Kissing gouramy's don't have that color. Its not a giant pink gouramy for sure cause pelvic fins are to wide and short. I'm guessing some sort of Talapia.
