Ok, that's why I don't have a clue what it is. I thought perhaps it was caught in the United States.

Appears to be Chanodichthys erythropterus (Predatory carp).

common where i live , the average size is like 40-45 cm and 2 pound , they are long and thin fish , my biggest is a 80cm 6 pound fish
