nandopsis_loisellei.jpg

what is it then?

ok if that is not a loisellei then what is it? and can u post a pic of a loisellei cause i bought 2 that will be here tommorrow and i thought i was getting what that picture is. ty

This is my Parachromis Loisellei.

Loisellei, Motaguense, Managuense, Friedrichsthalii ---> People get these confused on a regular basis. They are ALWAYS mislabeled at the LFS. They are all Parachromis species.

That looks like a Hybrid maybe.

Looks like Managuense X Motaguense

Or just a Motaguense??

That thing has the shape of a Jack Dempsey, but the color of a Mota or Managuense.

Yes what Fleder just posted above is a loisellei :)

The fish you posted looks like a strange Jag hybrid, like Jed said.

ok ty. i think i am getting the one i posted on the top cause he said it resembles a aztec cichlid so i guess thats the one. although either one would be fine with me cause i like them both. there coming in at 7 inches so they should be a good tankmates with my rd and dorado i hope.
