Fish id.

Hi,

Wondering if anyone can help me identify a juvenile cichlid i picked up recently.
I got told the name when i bought it, but i forgot again....

The fish is a white pearly colour, with a yellow dorsal fin and blue eyes...

any help would be appreciated!

Correct, sans locaction, since you don't know where it was actually collected if it were wild or where the fish's lines originated if it was tankraised.
They're cave dwellers but utilize whatever they can in the aquarium. Rocks, pots, shells, PVC, etc.
They're freakin awesome little Lake Tang'ers. Always posing it seems. They're a fish that just always looks good.
