Not a good picture to ID with, but if I was guessing I would say Paratheraps fenestratus. Lookes like one of the colored lake catamaco strains.

His fins are starting to turn black/greenish if that helps he doesn't like pictures he keeps swimming away

Get a better picture. I don't think that is any type of amphilophus. You can see the lateral bar still partially on it's tail which is very common with pink fenestratus.
