Anyone know what kind of African this is? It came with my 240, with all Lake Malawi Mnubas.

Yes could be. You could have blue males and females,blue males and mottled females,mottled males and females,or blue males mottled females with some mottled males.All depends on the sorce of your L. fuellerborni.
