Can anyone ID this fish for me? Got it off someone who was downsizing his collection, he told me it was a Mayan cichlid but I know that not to be true. I have never seen this cichlid before.

A mayan cichlid would have a hint of red and black stripes running down his body.

Yes Mayans look like a false red terror cichlid. I knew this forsure wasn't a mayan cichlid when he told me that lol
