Fish ideas for a 75, 110, 125

Hey everyone I'm purchasing 2-75, 1-110, 1-125 gallons by the end of December so I was wandering if any one had any fish ideas for them and won't outgrow them.

Severums are nice hearty fish, grow to around 8" or so, I have mine with blood parrots in my tanks, 125 & 150, come in several colors, gold, green, red and tourquoise. You can easily put 5 or 6 in your 125.
Feather fin catfish, firemouths, plecos: gold nugget, bristlenose, candystripe and bristlenose they grow up to 6" - 8"
