The title pretty much says it all, what fish are these that are popping up in abundance now there is more flooding? To me, a non-expert, they resemble african arowana.

It is only a 2min 25 clip, if you watch to the end you can see how they "weave" fish fillets into long "plats". It's quite interesting.
I have one. It’s an African arowana awesome fish! Lonestar exotic has them right now.
