So my brother in law went to one of the local canals here in Cape Coral, Fl and he threw his cast net and caught a bunch of these fish. They Look so similar to Firemouth Cichlids but have a more red coloration and have all the identical body marking. Only other difference is the top fin folows the body line. I have searched the web and have found pics that look exactly like them but the top fin and lack of the red coloration is giving me doubts. Any Idea?
