fish in bag and ammolock

I will be transporting an oscar and a flowerhorn in separate bags for a 7-hour trip. I'm worried about ammonia build-up in the bag. Would it be ok to squirt some ammolock into the bag before closing the bag? Or maybe dose their tank water with it first before bagging? fishes are both 5" or so.
