Hi yall, i have 5 angelfish in my tank with some other fish (mainly tetras and cories). I looked into my tank tdy and saw that one of the angelfish is laying on its side. The only thing i added yesterday is 7ml of excel flourish and some aquarium salt. The angelfish is still breathing too and no fish have been added for like a month now. Is there anything i can do to help it?image.jpgimage.jpg

I am sorry about your angel fish. I don’t know what the problem is. By Excel Fluorish do you mean Seachem Fluorish, or do you mean sSeachem Excel? The former is a plant fertilizer, the latter is a compound containing glutaraldehyde, and which some people refer to as liquid carbon. The former should not be much of a problem, although it was too large a dosis. The latter (Excel) can be quite toxic in large dosages. Why did you think it was needed?
If the fish is still breathing, then I would stop adding that stuff, do a water change with water with similar parameters, and keep observing while hoping for the best.

Mb its seachem flourish lmao. I was trying to get rid of bba since it was starting to get on my other plants. I did a 25% WC yesterday though the fish is still lethargic and cant swim
