Fish in Need of ID

This little guy I got from my LFS. The girl working couldn't ID it. She isn't a fish guru at all, basically she works there and the owner (who knows fish very well) wasn't. She sold it to me for like $3.99 I just wish I knew what it was.

Can anyone here tell me what kind of fish this little bugger is?

They have teeth but they are very small,barely noticeable.I've always liked the eyebiter name but they are not known to go after fish's eyes in captivity.They are pretty peaceful in my experience.
