fish in train

hi guys i live in srilnka recently when i was out there was a shop selling green arowana for $75 they are legal in srilnka. my car is broken down so i was wondering maybe if i could bring him in the train it will take me 2 hours to get home also you are able to bring fish in the train in srilnka anything is legal. dont flame me guys i just want to know if it is a bad idea i really want this offer because you cant get this fish cheaper anywhere else and there are only 2 left pls input some ideas of transportation it will be weeks before my car is fixed

I don't know about trains. However I will say that fish that are bagged with pure oxygen are sent all over the world. Often the fish are in the bag for longer than 24 hours.

yes....just gas it properly and put it in a foam box....but for 2 hours i would just put it in my backpack
