Fish keep itching(flashing)

Hey guys, so my one tang(orange shoulder) and my pink tail trigger keep flashing and itching. I treated for ich which they had and used Paraguard, and it looked like it went away, but they still flash. The tang flashes on the sand and the trigger does on rocks. I'm treating again with Paraguard. Last time I did for 5 days, I'm going to do so another 5. No other fish flash.. Temp is at 81 and this is a joined 150 gallon(2 75 gallon combined) with 20 gallon sump.

Sometimes fish flash because something is irritating them. Can you see spots on them? If you can get your hands on some poly filter to run for a few days the color it may remove something you can't really test for.
