Fish keepers worst nightmare

Got home last night an all was well however an hour after being home n my wife's came running in. Babe babe ur tanks leaking. I quickly go chech that she's not winding me up n yep sure enuf there's water pissing out everywhere. So I siphoned out half the water in the hope it will stop bit it doesn't. Now luckily I have a backup tank but unluckily it's only a 4x1.5x1.5 so my jaguar cichlid has gone in there but my two foot silver sufficed to say had to be rehomed to my friends tank. After emptying the tank I find the bottom has cracked all the way across. Gutted

Good thing you were home and was able to catch it. Would have been some very costly repairs if it busted, glad your fish are okay too.

Ffs gutted for ya mate , on the plus at least your fish and house aren't wrote off , your right though worst nightmare , you off tank shoppin this weekend then ? Excuse for an upgrade lol
