Got my first spawn in the 500 tonight, I forget what she is but the male Zonatus fertilized them. I'm waiting for Mike to let me know what kind she is. I don't think she is a Zonatus, I thought Fen but not sure.
I've been watching her clean the rock for about 2 weeks now, I looked at some point today and no eggs, I looked again 10 minutes later and she covered the whole rock and the male fertilized them. I will be removing them tomorrow and putting them in a 35 to hatch.
Next to spawn are the Oscars, they are do any day now, breeding tubes out and fat. I'm thinking a Red Isletas and some type of Amph, maybe a barred Midas will be next, they are cleaning out a spot together and chasing off other fish.
