Fish less cycle

So, I've heard people talking about a fish less cycle using ammonia, however my problem is I believe in keeping it local and as "down to earth" as possible and I was wondering if I could just pee in my tank and if that would supply enough ammonia to allow it to cycle.

Pee has more than ammonia it would make the situation worse and unsuitable for fish. And stink up the place. Why would you even think of this In the first place? You already know how to cycle a tank as you've commented in another thread.

My fish life is sparked up with Polys

You could use a small amount of ammonia cleaner or fish food if you want to be 'down to earth'

There's actually plenty of info on the net about this topic but to answer your question, yes, urine would work.
