Fish Lice Maybe?

I think my oscar has fish lice. there are these clearish spots on him (sorry, i have no pics.), and I think they are fish lice

Typically, pick them off with round, safe tweezers.

Your sure its not ick or velvet?

And get dimilin or trichlorfon. Dimilin is much safer. Go for that one. Adult lice should be removed manually so you can avoid dosing a higher concentration of the chemical that might adversely affect your fish's health.
